    Not sure what your question is........................I think OC is not as good as they were the past two seasons but good enough to reach a title game. Do not think they will win it though.

    I think NCC while not having the kind of record they are used to will really impress people come 2A playoff time. As far as Owensboro Catholic is concerned I suspect they are not as good as they have been the last 2 years but might be good enough to reach a title game.

    Ok I need to change my avatar or something :ohbrother:. Hard to place a bet with a non existent team. Oh the memories Red Robbins, Eugene Moore, heck even Wilt Chamberlain donned the Q's uniform......Well only for a picture the Lakers sued and won and he never played in a real game althoug he sort of showed up to coach a few games.............If only they could have beaten the Utah Stars in the playoffs.................................

    Well one thing after this week they will play Samford and three of the four worst teams left in the SEC. Perhaps a chance to beat Samford and maybe win one of the two home games??????? (Missouri or Vandy). The other game at Tennessee I think is a problem but at least they are not playing any Top 25 teams after the Georiga game.

    Just drove past Newport Stadium and saw scoreboard. 27-0 Newport. No real updates since this is a drive by score.

    Of course many coaches say things like this (brian k for one???) but Coach Strong does seem different than many other coaches out there.

    Well..............I guess that .4 strength of schedule speaks volumes considering most think SK has a weak schedule and it is 19.2 Do you have a link as this is really neat to look at for all teams?

    No I agree Clyde 100%. I think sometimes as a parent the answer should be I will allow the coaches to make those decisions and we will make ours based on that. I personally feel parents of college athletes are most of the time best served NOT being in the press...........But I certainly do not fault the press for asking the question(s) to the parent.

    Sounds to me more is coming from dad. That is a tough spot to be in as a parent of a very gifted athlete. Dad is a good dude but sometimes reporters can catch you being a "little too honest." But really what dad said was worded very well, just not sure anytime the parent speaks up about what they are feeling it does not come across as complaining.

    In their case I think that would be a death wish for the program. Kids would just go to Campbell and NCC to play football even if it means sitting on bench, being a special teams players, etc. Pendleton is not competing with other schools to get football players; just fighting the demons and stigma with their football program in-house to get kids to play.

    Highlands and NCC will definitely turn around the fortunes of their district as over the past several years it has been seen as a very weak district. Bellevue while not at the level of the top 10 that is listed could surprise several people with some really solid young talent. From what I saw when our team played them a game in the fall league and faced two really solid pitchers, both the pitchers and the players in the field were very young but played very well and hit and exectuted some nice things.

    Wow....................Did not realize that Beechwood had players that young that would start varsity and bat 3rd and 4th in the lineup. On players that have actually proven themselves at the varsity level, IF Dylan Huff can come back healthy this year for Bellevue he could really have a breakout year.

    Not sure how "beatdowns" stop by voting for seeding....................... 1 seed vs winnder of 4vs5 That is a beatdown in this district 2vs3.......In this district on the girls side of it that is a beat down as well many years. Plus..............by having to play in the regular season the three (Newport, Dayton and Bellevue) all get to take "beatdowns" at the hands of NCC and Highlands. Strange argument you have there indeed................
