Strong quote from Rose at the end......"We were bigger than the scoreboard. Tell me who won the Championship 3 years ago, 5 years ago, tell me who was the starting 5 on the UNC team that beat us in the Championship"........He's right, no one remembers that but anyone who is a fan of college basketball can name the Fab 5 off the top of their head.

Ballard Vs. Holmes Postponed?
3fromdeep replied to The Observer's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
Not a district game, not a regional game, so why not play? What message does this send to the other 11 players? Geez, Morrow played Eastern without 3 starters (Price, Kimbro, and Cross) and never tried to move the game. I hope this doesn't become the norm. -

Big win for Ballard going into the Eastern game Friday night. I'm sure GRC will bounce back and I expect to see them in Lexington in March. Too many horses, Zollo and Rogers are a load! -

Dixie Heights vs Western Prediction 1/19
3fromdeep replied to HoosierDaddy's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
He wants to go to Louisville, but the interest on Louisville's side has supposedly dipped due to grade issues at Lawrence North. From what I understand, Taylor's uncle is the head coach at Western and he made the transfer to get his grades up. There are rumors that he may reclassify to 2012 and go prep. Not really sure what his true status is. -

I was refferring to the people that question his age, the holdback issue, his height, his weight, or anything else they can find to discredit him. Bottom line is he's playing good ball. Not sure why GCBBall Dad got so offended by my post. -
