They will miss the receivers from last year, not near as good as last years receiver.

I didnt get to watch Belfrey but one time and it was at the state championship game and they for sure had an off day there. But 4000 yds in any class is impressive. I think Bell ended up with around 3500 yrs on the ground.

I would love to see him against Bell, The two teams played in 05, but I would like to see how much he has improved over the two years. Zac is a great youngman, just like to see him against better comp. and he could have the same outcome as he did with the average teams over the years. Just not sure?

NAIA player, great decision making, average to below average arm, height is way to small for D1AA. Could be a better prospect in baseball if he would get serious about that sport.

This is a Bell County thread. Knox is not of importance to us, so lets stick to Bell 08. I am looking foward to watching who the steps up this year for the cats. Every year most teams have a suprise. Who will it be for the 08 Cats?

I played college football with Shannon and can personally agree with everything that has been said about him. He is a very competitive and hardworking person. I do hope that he gets the job. It would be great for the kids of Clay County

That is the resaon they lost, because every statement that you made is wrong. Bell can hit off speed and they did that very well last night. Greer hits a three run homer and yes it was a curve ball. Greer must not be overrated to much, he even scored the last run for the bobcats. Zachery smoked the curve ball for a hit. Hilton hit a curve ball to drive in the last run. Nelson,Greer and ELy are all very good pitchers and somedays one is better than the other, but not always. Please don't give scouting reports to the Redhounds, Garman doesn't need your help.

Two great games tonight at NOrth Laurel. All four teams tonight are very solid and with a break here or there could have been different outcomes. Great win for Coach Ledington and the Bobcats.

The first time Corbin and Bell played, Bell played North Laurel and then turned right around and played Corbin. Bell will be well rested for this one. Let me say this, Bell baseball program is on its way up, it won't be long before the bobcats will take over the redhounds, just like in football. I just hope Garman don't run from the babcats like the football coaches did.

First of all you don't know want you are talking about. Bell County is the # 1 seed, they beat cumberland and Middlesboro: Cumberland is the #2 seed they beat Middlesboro any more questions?

UT goes .500 without Maze next year. They had to have a point guard and he was one of the best out there. They have a freshmen coming, but not ready to play yet. As needs go, it was one of the best pick ups of the year.

I agree. I'm not so sure that the recruits coming next year are what is expected at a program like UK.

Is bench press that important for football player? I would rather see a player that can power clean 300 and squat 400 then you will have a player.

Whitley has always had great facilities, need to get the athletic programs(Boys) up to the level of facilities

Most of you guys are glad that it is UT, thats all. They continue to beat you in football,and now invade the sacred hardwood. It is not the fact that these young men need help, now you can bash UT and the program. Note: party coach??? You need to look no further than lexington for that. People in glass houses don't throw rocks. I hope they land on their feet and get the help they need, and if you celebrate their mistake it is only fear of the contest that motivates that happiness.

Neither would have started on next years team. It will hurt depth, but with the play of Smith it has to get better. Crews can be replaced with Williams.
