Corbin jumped out to a 9-0 lead and cruise to the easier than expected win. Josh Smith hit a 2 run HR to give Corbin the early lead and Knox Central's Tyler Hendrickson hits a grand slam against his ex-teammates in the 7th inning to put a little scare into the Hounds. Hamlin pitched 5 scoreless innings for Corbin to get the win while Scalf takes the loss for Knox Central.

 

Corbin has another tough match-up today against Bell Co., which is led by their ex-asst. coach Rob Ledington...........at least I will have a team to pull for for in the finals even if Corbin falls to the Bobcats.

The last time Corbin and Bell met it was a great game in which the Hounds came up with the win.

The coaches in the 13th region must not think he is over rated, but you probably know more than the coaches in the region.

This shows that you need to continue coaching little league cause you don't know anything about high school baseball. You must have given Corbin the scouting report. That is the resaon they lost, because every statement that you made is wrong. Bell can hit off speed and they did that very well last night. Greer hits a three run homer and yes it was a curve ball. Greer must not be overrated to much, he even scored the last run for the bobcats. Zachery smoked the curve ball for a hit. Hilton hit a curve ball to drive in the last run. Nelson,Greer and ELy are all very good pitchers and somedays one is better than the other, but not always. Please don't give scouting reports to the Redhounds, Garman doesn't need your help.
