Cohorn never covered Peterson. Bobby had more yards and most imortantly scored 2TD's and his team won so how can you say Peterson got the best of him . They didn't complete a long pass to Peterson all night. When they tried Leonard knocked it down or intercepted it. Peterson is a great player, but don't make it sound like he ran by Leonard at will . He caught Hitches and got yards after the catch.

This thread is full of if's. The score was indicative of the game, because it was the score of the game. You can't say the game would have been closer if this would or wouldn't have happened. It either happened or didn't and the score was 47-20. I would say Holmes is a good team I would compare them to a Conner.

I will say he has done a good job at Holmes but his district might have something to do with that the better question is: How long do you think he stays at Holmes when he has to compete with Highlands and Cov. Cath again?

I think its hard to replace the best QB in Kentucky. I agree with that I am not saying never have him at QB just give him breaks there. He should play both ways IMO

Take me off the doubter list I am not doubting him I am just saying he is very important to their D . (I trust Urban Meyer and Nick Sabin) I believe he has tons of talent, and Dixie needs him on both sides of the ball

Do you think his "Handlers" should do what is best for him to go to the next level or what is best for his team to win games? I can see him being more replaceable on Offense than Defense.

Some thought the same about Miles Simpson at Simon Kenton and that turned out pretty well

If SK is better than last year, I will be surprised they graduated 2 Division 1 scholarship players. I think they will be good but I think you are underestimating Miles Simpson's impact on that team, and if they make the State Finals they will win it because they have to beat, Henry Clay and Trinity or St. X just to make the finals. Who do you see them loosing to?

Thanks, sorry I forgot to provide that yes Spritzky is the only one in NKY that I could find that has beaten Highlands.

I had a conversation with a friend and he pointed out. With the recent retirments of Bob Schneider, and Dave Eckstein there is only one active head coach in NKY who has defeated Highlands as a head coach. Highlands dominates NKY (and pretty much every where else to) I am not a fan of Highlands but this is impressive. (My research tells me this is true but if not someone let me know)

Anyone know when the KHSAA will release their new alignments? I like 4 classes the way it use to be. I think if they do a Super class it has to be based on enrollment not wins.

Good work. They scored more than 20 points in 9 out of 12 games, 28 or more in 6 out of 12 games and went 3-3 in those games still think it wasn't a defensive issue. If they scored 35 points in a game they won I'd say that is a defensive problem when you have to score 35 points to ensure a win

Sorry I ASSUMED the person saying he should be in this grade was an adult. I guess I was wrong. Back on topic I am not sure he will be the best Junior QB in NKY let alone the state but I think he will be fun to watch.

Guess while you decided to jump in and say I was wrong you didn't read my entire post so here it is again for you. I know by your screen name you may have a limited look at Dixie Heights so you should look at their performance against teams other than the #2 team in the nation and you would see outside of the Highlands games they averaged about 30.3 points a game so I would say it was a defensive issue.
