Having watched my two Sons play for Eminence, being an atheltic Coach for Emience the last 5 years and having been a dedicated Warrior supporter for the last 20 years, I can tell you that we have learned to deal with not being able to compete with the bigger schools on a regular basis. What we do offer is chance for every kid to have the experience to compete if they so chose, and make them realize that there is much more to be gained than just WINNING. Yes I was at the game and other than the AC coach not allowing his runners not to advance after a hit saw no evidence of him trying to hold down the score. Eminence has a new coaching staff with a VERY young and inexperienced team and were missing several kids that day. No they didn't quit, they never stopped trying and when the game over I believe their heads were not as low as were the AC players!! HANG IN THERE WARRIORS
