I think GS passing on Monroe was a huge mistake. I think he'd be a great fit there. Getting a defensive guy for a team and coach that care nothing about it? Especially on a team full of D-League players....yikes.

I'm very happy with that given that they are my favorite team. The Pistons GM was very, very high on Cousins and there was alot of talk that if he was still available at the 5th pick that they might make a move to go up a few spots to get him. However, I'm still very happy with this pick.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing before the Draft. I think any point guard in the NBA would love to havce a big man like Cousins waiting for their passes. Great combo. Now the team needs a wing to step up and they could really flourish.
