To anyone looking for information and scratching their head here, I suggest going back and reading all the posts in this thread again.  Consider every post (there are a lot of them) where culture is mentioned, the member posting it, the context/information given, and the totality of all the culture information/allegations.

Then for those of you that are still unsure (probably a lot of us), ask yourself this question, did the approved design for the Cooper Basketball Championship T-shirts really change to delete the phrase, "Championship Culture"?

Two things I can think of right now. Either Cooper is not going to pull the trigger on firing Sully or they are giving him a deadline to announce his resignation. Most schools that make coaching changes would have already made one by now.

Currently there does not appear an Executive Session on the Boone Co. BOE agenda for the 4/17 meeting.  Does that mean this whole situation does not even rise to Board level discussion??

Nor does there appear a congrats to the Cooper basketball program for their 9th Region Championship and success in the Sweet 16.  They monthly do these type of special accolades in an agenda section called GoodNews.

I would be shocked if Sullivan was back at Cooper given the negative attention in brought the school.

Only way he is back is if Wilson isn’t. The rally around the coach was positive.  The fallout among the leaders and the coach is unfortunate.   

I heard there will be a pretty good podcast next Wednesday about Cooper.

If I am Sullivan, I would leave. It is hard to work in a school where the administration does not have your back 100% and you are always having to look over your shoulder at all times. But also, part of me feels that something took place within the school/program that is not being leaked out to the public. There is a reason why they are asking for his resignation.

Could be as simple as 2 Alpha males co-existence lasted as long as expected.  You can call it “culture” or “chemistry” or I’m just “tired of you and I am the boss, so you are out of here”.

Put me in the category of “not interested” anymore. Thread started March 3rd and today is April 11th with no information. Moving along, carry on. ??‍♂️
