So much for the Racers & the Wildcats in the 2nd round ??

I never thought I would see the day this would happen to them.  Man, just ruins the entire tourney for me. 

Oscar had 30 and 15 and they lost!?

Wow. That’s even worse. 

Tshiebwe did not deserve this loss.  He had good game and did everything he could.  Double-double, 16 rebounds, three steals, 2 blocks. 

He was stout.  Supporting cast - less so.

I’ll go for it since you always disappear when I respond to it. We can have the same conversation we have had many times if you like though in regards to that. 
 

At the end of the day it was a horrible loss. The type of losses though we have seen other big time coaches lose before too. Sadly if finally happened to UK too. It definitely sucks no argument there. 

Up 68-62 and you've got the ball.  They go to a matchup zone, no timeouts are called, and we end up in overtime. 

I put this loss mostly on Cal.  Free throw shooting was bad, but that loss should never happen. 

Has anyone ever said "Coach Cal's team has really overachieved"?  Give Izzo the same talent Cal has had the last 10 plus years and I bet UK has 5 championships.

Hey, Cal was voted the best college coach of the 2010s.   I think because someone left Jay Wright off the ballot.

I would say his Umass teams, Memphis teams, and his 2011, and 2014 teams beating teams that were suppose to be better than them.

Cal now owns the worst loss in school history and the worst regular season in school history.  All within a 3 year stretch.  Yeah… the post 1 and done superstar era seems to be going well FC lol.  Do yourself a favor and sit this one out.
