16thBBall Fan
Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association reached a tentative agreement Thursday on a new collective bargaining agreement, according to ESPN's Jeff Passan. The owner-imposed lockout will be lifted and the offseason will be allowed to resume. Commissioner Rob Manfred previously announced the cancelation of two weeks of the 2022 regular season, but it appears a 162-game season will still be played. MLB has yet to make an announcement, but Opening Day is set for April 7.

The Raven
Glad to see that the DH in the NL is the only "COVID Rule" to make it through. No more 7 inning double headers and no runner on second in extra innings.
