November 10, 200619 yr Wow don't you love the way UK fans are all over themselves. To bad their team couldn't get the job done themselves. I honestly haven't been able to keep up with all the posts, but I've only seen 2 maybe 3 fans gloat about the loss. A lot have complmented UofL and Rutgers.
November 10, 200619 yr Who Cares........U of L lost, I'm happy... My sentiments exactly...have never liked U of L going back to my younger days. No reason to stop hatin' now...I don't care what anyone else thinks. My favorite teams are the Herd, the Cats and whoever's playing the Cards...:jump:
November 10, 200619 yr Or just stop giving the Big East a BCS bid........ I would trully like to see the top 8 teams play in a playoff to determine a true national champion. That way, a team can't say, "well we got screwed by the BCS." If they lose, they lose and the winner is the champion.

Why are we concerned about the niceties? UK-UL is a great rivalry so its to be expected that UK fans were not rooting for UL. Yes, I know there are exceptions but that's not the rule. Are we surprised at this?

November 10, 200619 yr The Scarlet Knights...my new favorite team! I think that sound I hear in the background is the sigh of relief coming from the BCS Championship comittee... I think the Scarlet Knights were a lot of peoples favorite team tonight. They could have got a lot of electroral votes tonight.
