I'm not sure on what the ruling would be. But, I know what the end result would be. And that's that the greenskeeper is going to have to come out and cut a new hole! :lol2:

Maybe it depends on who and how the pin is pulled out. I would make sure I pulled out the pin at an angle to pull out the sleeve as well at an angle that assures the ball will fall fully in the cup!
