kyvince
Is that 3 years in a row that Campbell has beaten the Birds at the Frosh level? That's what someone just told me. If so shocking

If so shocking I don't think CCHS won last year.
FTBIGBIRD
The score in no way reflects the game. Camels controlled this game start to finish. For a while there thought it was going to be a shutout.

BlueBirdWarrior
Two years ago: the Birds beat the camels by a lot at the frosh level.
Bird Bath
I believe HHS won last year as well.
kyvince
So much for that source. Congrats to the Frosh Camels that's a big accomplishment then. I don't believe the Frosh Camels beat them the 3 years previous to this past 3 either.

I4C
Very nice win for the young Camels and coach Shepherd and staff. This freshman group is a very athletic group and will be fun to watch the next 3 years. :thumb:
dd734
Very surprising. So how did Campbell do it? Running? Throwing? Who looked good for both teams? Camels mixed the run and pass tonight, Birds pass defense was good, but they had trouble with the Camels running game. Camels had trouble holding on to the ball, 2, maybe 3 fumbles. #44 running back for the Camels is a load. They Camels Defense was in Birds the backfield quite a bit tonight. The Birds saved face by throwing the ball in the second half. A lot of short passes for the Birds gave them the ability to move the ball, Birds ground game was stuffed by the Camels for the most part.
tdyballgame
Was there for the second half. Great job by the Camels. Very nice team indeed. Coach Lickert should be excited to see this group in the making. Big and physical! As well as Coach Weinrich and the frosh Birds. Saw some kids that just look the "part" and played it as well for both teams. I see both teams having great seasons. Development boys! That's what this level is all about.
