In the breast cavity I add about 2 t. garlic salt ,2-3 large sprigs of fresh rosemary and 1/2 stick of real butter. I add water to about 1/3 up side of turkey. Set on high and cook about 9 hours. Enjoy.

October 30, 201411 yr what size turkey? I used a turkey breast. That sounds like an easy way to enjoy turkey any day of the year. It is, Yesterday I took the left over turkey and made hot browns out of it.

November 3, 201411 yr You cannot over cook the bird! As far as size goes, just look for a breast that will fit your crockpot. So many possibilities, so little time...
