January 12, 201412 yr I made this (2 lb) of Pipe Rigate with one white onion, one orange pepper, 1.5 pound of Colby Jack cheese and 1 pound of cubed ham. I seasoned it with Garlic Powder, Italian seasoning and black pepper.

January 12, 201412 yr Threw together a bean and cheese quesadilla... enh... it got me through quick and easy on the cheap. Nothing to write home about.
January 12, 201412 yr In the slow cooker- Chicken breasts, a jar of picante, a can of black beans and a can of corn. Shredded the chicken. Some had it over rice, some wrapped it in a tortilla, some wrapped it in a tortilla with rice. Chipotle has nothing on me. :lol2:
January 12, 201412 yr I had the Cadillac enchiladas with mesquite grilled steak at Don Pablo's. They still have Don Pablo's? They closed all of them down here, and I know they closed the one on Tiedeman Road at 480 in Cleveland.
