I had some tilapia as well but I grilled mine. Broccoli and Mashed Potatoes on the side.

Last night we stopped at a Mexican restaurant in Taylor Mill after a basketball game at Scott. I had fajitas to myself but had to share my iced tea with about 5 little bugs that floated to the top. :puke: Needless to say, I lost my appetite after that discovery.

In the slow cooker-

Chicken breasts, a jar of picante, a can of black beans and a can of corn.

Shredded the chicken. Some had it over rice, some wrapped it in a tortilla, some wrapped it in a tortilla with rice.

Chipotle has nothing on me. :lol2:

You are the queen of slow cookers. That sounds delicious. We also had a roast with potatoes and baby carrots. Got some with me today for lunch.

Carrabba's

The family staying with us took us out.

They've got those new $15 3 course combo's. Filled me up and then some. That's saying something.

Cottage Ham ,string beans ,onions ,carrots , and potatos cooked in a pot .

My favorite meal of all time

Tonight we are having Jambalaya with polish sausage and shrimp. I made a black bean salad this morning...letting the flavors blend in the frig. I bought some honeybell oranges yesterday from a truck from Florida that comes up every year once a month. They are awesome.

Had some baked tilapia (lemon pepper and cajun seasoning), mixed vegetables and brown rice last night.

I am a novice chef at best. My son loves fish and I'm a little nervouse to prepare. To you have an easy way?

Heading out tonight to check out "Nada" in Cincinnati.

Once gave a Mexican food fanatic friend a substantial gift certificate to Nada for his birthday that had a one year expiration date on it. Thought for certain that it was perfect for him. Came to find that he never bothered to use it. So much for that. :ohbrother:

Good stuff! Occasionally we will go there on a Friday night and hang out by the bar.

Mrs TAC was busy making money tonight so I went to the cupboard and pulled out a box of Zateran's dirty rice. Added a pound of beef and fed myself and TJ. (TAC Jr.) Love that stuff.

Nice place. Had the pork belly tacos with a fried egg on it.

Spaghetti tonight. Best sauce IMO to use is Kroger brand Tomatoe and Basil.

Tomorrow night is girlfriend's birthday, plus just bought a house, so going big and going to Ruth's Chris in Louisville. Going to go for the filet and the Lyonnaise potatoes.
