Bummer. Maybe its that whole starvation mode thing. Did you weigh yourself at different times in the day?

Erase that number! Forget about it! Don't get discouraged!

If your numbers are remotely correct this should not be shock. By not eating you have reduced your metabolism to nothing and your body is required to hold on to any fat it can for energy.

Cardio power and resistance.

Day 3 of getting back on track.

Yep, youre doing more harm to yourself than good by not eating enough/well.

Tabatas. Pick 6 exercises, do 8 intervals at 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Very good workout. Here is a timer you can set up:

Tabata Timer - Free Online Tabata Timer for Tabata Training

Here is a sample rotation I did the other day:

Pullups, Toe-to-Bar (became knee ups), plank on med ball, leg curls on med ball, decline push-ups, and curls.

Burpees are an exercise I add often.

It might be worth it to buy that app for $2.99. Know of any free ones?

Was able to ride the bike for 1.5 miles today without any pain in the knee. Should get the MRI results back shortly, hopefully it was just a sprain.

This looks to have the functionality.

I weigh myself each week at the same time of the day.

Finally, I'm in the clear!!! Icing it as I type this but they said based on the MRI results there's no need for surgery. :dancingpa

Very happy to hear for you buddy.

I weigh myself each week at the same time of the day.

Wake up, clear the blander, weigh in. The best way to get a consistent weigh.

I weigh in as soon as I get up, usually around 6 A.M.

I do use the restroom first.
