My brother was feeling under the weather today, so we just did the AB workout from tapoutXT.

If every day were like today... You'd weigh 182 lbs in 5 weeks

I just noticed on your chart that you and I are "allowed" almost the exact same amount of calories daily. My number is 2280.

Here is my setting before the site adds in my workouts for the day.

I will tweak mine when my brother and I start our new program.

Finally going to get back into the gym today after not having been since Friday. Coach high school basketball sure makes it difficult times (and I may have been lazy this weekend). I think I've been eating pretty good, so weigh-in Saturday should still see some decent results I think. Not as much as last time, but hopefully a few pounds less again.

Proud of myself today. I REALLY wasn't feeling working out tonight, long day at work. But I got home, forced myself to the treadmill and knocked out my 30 minutes. Happy I did now.

Whenever I have to fight myself to get there, I always feel glad I went after as well.

Put in a solid workout tonight and felt great. Starting to add even more resistance on one of the machines I use and really getting after it. Burned up 1100 today.

If every day were like today... You'd weigh 170.8 lbs in 5 weeks

I also had zero motivation today.

Got through Core Cardio and Balance, with weights. Then the rest of the day was great!

Went and saw the orthopedic doctor today. Knee area has still really been sore despite feeling pretty stable. I found out why, I have a nasty bone bruise that they showed me on the MRI. I'd heard where guys in the NFL could miss weeks and weeks with a bone bruise but honestly never understood it til today. Doc said I could still run and lift but suggested no sports or strenuous activity unless I absolutely had to for the new job. Said it can take 8-10 weeks for it to heal up completely. Feels good to finally know why it was hurting like it was and can't wait to get back into the swing of things.

Did Filthy Fifty tonight. Forgot how awful it is.

Buddy's been on my case for quite some time to start doing crossfit with him. I'm warming up to it. Think I may start trying it on the weekends.

I think you will really like it, especially if you find a gym with good trainers and members.

I think he finally stopped talking to me about it. I refuse to pay $100+ a month.

Yikes... I had no idea it was that expensive. I will certainly not be trying that.
