I have been around the block long enough now that I can make my own circuit routines that are a heck of a workout. Did one yesterday morning and last night did a 23 mile bike ride. I deserved that handful of handful of chocolate chips.

We need to start sharing our circuit routines.

Went for a run for the first time in a long time Monday night. Was pretty slow paced, but very surprised at how good I felt when I was done. Thought I'd be dead and terribly out of shape.

My goal is the Turkey Day 10k. Should be able to get there easily if I keep with it.
