And UL's coach said the crowd affected the refs more than his team... What a sore loser

Going to need some context before we can sling the "loser" collar.

About what I expected and predicted.

UL plays a terrible schedule and has no inside game. UK was the better team today and will be the better team in March.

 Guess where I got the idea for the Card Coffin avatar ? :thumb:

Correct, loser he is not. Pompass Jerk Pitino is.

BTW- Cal is 4-1 against "The chosen one". :thumb:

I think they will be pretty equal; Rupp isn't the easiest place to play a game. As I said earlier, IMO Blackshear, Behanan, and Harrell must get much better.

I thought it is 5-1? He beat Ricky twice two seasons ago.

Let us know if you hear a legit reason. On the surface it sounds like a weak, crybaby, pouting move.

Andrew stinks' date=' he only had 18 points, 4 rebounds & a mere 3 turnovers.... [/quote']

Take a deep and learn what a reverse jinx is lol. Clearly he was playing better as I kept doubting him lol. You actually made a post lol... Now that's Weds night stand up.

I am not on the Harrison Twins played well today bandwagon. I thought they were uneven at best today.

Andrew shot 6-16, 6-12 from the line. Missed his only three attempt and had only two assists with three turnovers. Aaron shot 5-12 and was 0-3 from 3. 4 turnovers and 1 assist AND NO FREE THROWS.

That's a combined 11-28 with 3 assists and 7 turnovers from the guys that should initiate the offense. They were bad on defense and they don't seem to consistently play with all out effort, IMO. I want them to be more consistent and develop an identity of some sort- be a playmaker, be a lock down defender; give this team something to rely on night in and night out. Find a role for each twin, accept it and embrace it, IMO.

I think peoples expectations were way to high of them coming in, its people expectations that need to change. Today yes they had some mistakes, but the big thing IMO is that they both actually seemed to play hard all game long. Is it perfect yet? No not at all, but they showed me signs today that they are starting to grasp how they need to play more. Still a long way to go, but definitely a lot to be positive of today with their play IMO.

I remember people say the same crap about Brandon Knight at this part of the year a few years ago. They are talented just like Knight, and just like Knight it might take a little bit of time to get it. However once they do, watch out.

Good, I like how he also opted to do his post game presser outside of the locker room rather than in UK's press area....

I didn't expect anything but. He has always been a crybaby.

Maybe the bar was too high- maybe I need to adjust down to what they are, :idunno:

I disagree that they exhibited consistent effort- who was missing on the rotations and not stopping the ball when Smith and Jones were lights out in the first half? It was as much the Twins as any other players, IMO.

They have not flashed like Knight did at this point in the season, IMO.

I stand by my statement that they need to accept a clearly defined role and consistently be that guy- Aaron, be the facilitator. Get 6-8 assists per game in conference play, limit you turnovers to 2 per game and commit to being the perimeter defender on the other team's best guard. Andrew, shoot 50/40/75%- avg. double figures PPG to go along with Randall and Young. Commit to being a defender on the perimeter.

Is my bar too high- are they capable of filling these roles? If not, can we win a title without guys filling these roles?

:idunno:

8 assists a game? :lol2:

There is one guy in the country averaging more than 7.5 a game. And you have them backwards FYI... :idunno:

Who cares? :lol2:

Louisville didn't play well and UK wanted it more today. It happens. Make adjustments and move on.

Coach said in post game that he did not want the players helping on the drives to the basket, because they just kick it out to the three point line for jumpers.
