No.

Why not Goetz, just curious. Im sure he will be applying places this off-season.

Does anyone think that any other local coaches have a chance of getting the position? Jim Hicks at Bellevue or Rod Snapp from Newport? I'm pretty sure hicks graduated from Highlands.

would this include Cincinnati transfers...........Holy Cow would this bring the Cake-haters out in full force. :lol2:

Does anyone know Bolden's dad? Maybe he wants the job.

If he wants to coach his children, could he coach both Highlands and the NCC girls teams at the same time?

He certainly has some good athletic genes.

James has a sister?

James has a sister?

Word is James' father is also the father of NewCath's stud sophomore Alexus Mayes.

I think the job is perfect for a young energetic coach.

Coach Jamie Richey. Why not? Former star player alum. Knows the game. Has had coaching success. Knows what the situation is with Football. Again why not?

I think that there is a number of good young coaches in the area or from the area that would be a good hire for Highlands. I think that is what that program may need.

I like the idea of Mike Listerman, or what about the granddaddy of them all Kenney Shields?

So he has two Soph's playing? Are they twins?

More info from the meeting with team today and subsequent email to parents.

Mike mentioned an opportunity to stay involved in some capacity with the game of basketball. No specifics given but Clemson was brought up in the meeting.

Same dad, different moms.

How about the freshman coach at CovCath? He has ties to Highlands. Not sure if he is a teacher.

Big jump from frosh to V. I don't believe he is a teacher.

One would think Hunt or Feldman would appear to have a good chance at this job. I'm with Clyde, a young and energetic coach would do well in Ft. Thomas. Someone who could care less that football is king, but will coach who shows up and will coach them hard.
