Are you talking about Coach Henley?

I was told by more than one person that Mike tried to resign right then. Not sure if that is true, but told to me by multiple folks.

sbII -- do you mean at the end of the 3rd quarter or after the game? :jump:

Want to wish Coach the best and a very happy retirement. Sounds like an awesome plan to me and he deserves it.

I have no crush on Listerman.

You could have foooled me. :jump:

I don't know Mike Flynn from Adam, but if impressions from a distance can be relied on, Coach Flynn is someone who radiates character. He always appeared to me to be someone who cared about players, treats everyone with respect and has the highest integrity. That is a legacy we all should strive for. Best of luck in retirement to Coach Flynn.

Does anyone think that any other local coaches have a chance of getting the position? Jim Hicks at Bellevue or Rod Snapp from Newport? I'm pretty sure hicks graduated from Highlands.

I heard Hicks will likely apply, not sure if Snapp is a good fit but he May apply simply based on the school system.

I guess it will be important to know if there are any percieved teaching positions coming open.

Mike Code would be perfect but I heard he politely declined an offer 4 yrs ago. Willie wont come back IMO, he is likely enjoying family time as I would if I were him.

Id take Tim Sullivan over anybody right now if he had any interest.

What are the chances of Hicks from Bellevue heading to Fort Thomas?

Would you take Eric Goetz?

Would you take Eric Goetz?

No.

I think Flynn was a great hire at the time he was hired. I'm sure Coach Mueller will use his due diligence and find the best coach available again.

There is only one coach in N Ky that turns the HHS program around next year : Ruthsatz. This is only because he would bring his son to play.

Does anyone know Bolden's dad? Maybe he wants the job.

Would you take Eric Goetz?

Solíd coach for sure.
