February 13, 201313 yr I think you're allowed to oppose things you don't agree with just like people are allowed to protest against the actions/statements/beliefs of others who don't agree with them. Both sides, as far as I'm concerned, are well within their right of free speech.

There is nothing wrong with believing marriage is between a man and a woman, it's their religious conviction. I have that belief myself but have no problem with civil unions for gays and believe they should be afforded the same rights as married couples.
