January 8, 201313 yr She's just with him for the money he's coming into. Not sure why its such a shocker. Doubt it. If that were true she could get a much larger and more immediate return on her looks.
January 8, 201313 yr The "glass half full" viewpoint for ND fans is that 2013 was the year fans were pointing to. Too bad Bama was pointing to the same year. No Te'o, no way'o.
January 8, 201313 yr Her face is beyond smoking. Different strokes for different folks. I am amazed how ga ga people went over her. Attractive girl for sure but not all that.
January 8, 201313 yr Different strokes for different folks. I am amazed how ga ga people went over her. Attractive girl for sure but not all that. I believe she was Ms. Alabama last year.
January 8, 201313 yr Why does everybody have to pick on the Catholics all the time? Couldn't the pope done something about the outcome of last night's game? I really had a good laugh seeing the commercial shot of a few priests cheering some unknown moment in the game when ND did something right. It must have been one of the two third down conversions that they got! After last night's beating, the Irish may qualify to be Martyr Saints.:isurrender:
January 9, 201313 yr All I can think of, despite pulling for the Irish, is how flippin' happy Alabama Larry is up there in heaven. I'll bet he's talking God's ear off about his team. For you Larry....Roll Tide!
January 9, 201313 yr Thank you BAMA for showing how overrated that team was you beat.As I said they did not belong in this game. The media can hype them all they want but when it comes down to playing the game the media can not do that for them. The played no one the WHOLE year. 3 overtime wins against teams that were not rated. The only decent win they had was against Sooners, who Texas AM destroyed. So, no they did not deserve to be in titile game. Can you all please tell me who deserved to be in the title game more? The best one people could say would be Oregon and Oregon lost to the team Notre Dame beat in Stanford. I mean Oregon couldn't even play in their own conference championship game, yet they deserved it more based on the eye test? The eye test has shown to mean nothing once on the field. I think Oregon might have had a chance during the regular season against Bama, but they would have probably got beat down last night to with Bama having a month to get ready. Only one team in the country may have kept it within three touchdowns to Bama after a month to prepare and that probably would have been Texas A&M and they might not have either. Bama was going to destroy whoever they played. Just look at last year to see that fact. Who is the best competition for Bama in a title game? Probably another SEC team correct, which we had last year in LSU who was undefeated and even beat Bama in the regular season. However give Bama with all that talent a month to prepare and they went out and dominated LSU too. This loss shows nothing when it comes to people saying that is shows Notre Dame didn't deserve to be there. They deserved to be there based on how things are, and if there was a playoff system they still would have been in that too. Bama just simply is the best team in the country and it is not even close especially with a month to prepare.
January 9, 201313 yr On a sports talk show this morning, the host said ND's strength of schedule was 10th and Alabama's was in the mid-30s. It was 14 and 44 per RealtimeRPI, but that doesn't always mean much. ND's top 50 opponents: Stanford (6), Oklahoma (17), Michigan (27), USC (46), BYU (50) Bama's top 50 opponents: Georgia (4), TAMU (5), LSU (12), Michigan (27), MS St (43)
January 9, 201313 yr Was hoping for a ND win. The dominance of Alabama and the SEC is simply overwhelming.

The only difference between the two is that ND did not have any gimme type games.
January 9, 201313 yr Exactly, I never look a whole lot in to schedule strength. The only difference between the two is that ND did not have any gimme type games. Except, perhaps, Navy.
January 9, 201313 yr Except, perhaps, Navy. Per RealtimeRPI, their weakest opponent was Boston College (115). Full schedules by rank: ND - Stanford (6), Oklahoma (17), Michigan (27), USC (46), BYU (50), Miami (51), Mich St (52), Navy (61), Pitt (68), Purdue (72), Wake Forest (81), BC (115) Bama - UGA (4), TAMU (5), LSU (12), Michigan (27), Miss St (43), Miss (54), Mizzou (59), WKU (73), UT (74), Arkansas (77), Auburn (87), FAU (108), West Carolina (237)

January 9, 201313 yr I am so sorry to hear of AL's passing. I have been away from bgp for quite a while and had no idea. God definitely has another angel in heaven with AL, may he R.I.P. and my sympathy and prayers to his family. I also have to give a Roll Tide Roll salute to AL and his Crimson Tide.
