Per twitter: Stephen commits to Samford. Congrats to this young man. He can flat out play!

Congratulations to him and his family. This is a great fit for both Samford and Stephen and a great example of a player picking a place he can make a real impact on the basketball court, and not chasing the bigger schools just for the bigger school name on the jersey. I wish him the best, and have no doubt that he will make his mark as a Bulldog.

Congrats to Stephen really good spot for him. Scott will develop his game and he will have a great gr at career . I know a lot of the big schools cooled over the year but at the end he's at the right place playing for the right guy .

Congrats to Stephen, I have enjoyed watching him play over the years. Padgett seems to be recruiting KY heavily. Always good to see.
