Spring 2016 outlook

I thought it would be fun to take a look at what maybe in store for Kentucky weather wise this upcoming spring. I look for this winter to last into mid March. Temperatures will moderate some but we will have snow chances until about then. The end of March into early April looks to be kind of a quiet time but when we get to April I look for possible severe weather outbreaks to occur. When and how severe is impossible to predict this far out but I look for something to happen.

Here are the three month mid February-April outlooks at temperature first then precipitation.
