  1. I heard from my nephew (player at CCH) Covington Catholic got 3 weeks off after the state champion victory and started lifting and conditioning 3 days after school until 5:00 and 1 before school starting at 6:00. He also said although they dont have a head coach they are still going at it in the weight room.
  2. I would disagree with that, I think they would beat Scott Co. by a bunch if they played.
  3. Im rooting for the bears, but i think the Colts will win by double digits.
  4. Go Chuck, love to see a former Cat play in the big games. Couldnt happen to a better guy.
  5. Huge pick up by the Cards, cant wait to watch him.
  6. Sat. Feb. 3 at 1:00 at Arkansas. I think the Cats will be in control most of the game and roll by about 10. Any thoughts or predictions???
  7. Meeks is playing great ball in the last few games. He is still making some freshman mistakes. He had a HUGE turn over in that Georgia game that could have had the Cats pulling out a win at the end of regulation, he passed it right to a Bulldog player. But, he has been very impressive and is a big impact on this Wildcat team.
  8. Great game by the CATS. Bradley looked impressive along with Meeks. Crawford had his average 15 points and Morris played good toward the second half. This UT team is nothing without Lofton, but a win is a win. If a team is depending that much on 1 player, they will not go very far in the tourney. I think even if Lofton did play UK would still win this game. This win also took a lot of pressure off of Tubby's back. GO CATS
  9. Any news on NKY players, I have only saw Kiernen from NCC on this thread.
  10. I'll take Scott by about 10. HHS is a tough place to play at, but the Eagles will get it done.
  11. Great game by the Colonels. Also, great tourney. Colonels showed what they can do, and that they are for real. Also, they were playing without arguably the best player in the 9th region. I hope to see them deep in the state tourney, and their student section.
  12. They probably are not, but I havnt seen much of Moeller. I would think Oak Hill Academy would beat them if they played each other.
  13. Huge win for the Colonels. Hope to finish it off tonight.
  14. Congrads Shane. I knew you were going D-1 sooner or later.
  15. I heard that Haskamp was asked to apply, but he said that he didnt want to. He said that he was too unexperienced to be the head coach at CCH. But, I think that he will stay on the staff, along with McCarthy.
  16. I think CCH has a chance this year to dominate NKY football. The way there JV played it gave me a lot of comfort going into this year.
  17. I'm kinda suprised that CCH's LB Sam Flynn only made the honorable mention.
  18. Yeah, UMass isn't a bad team. If they can get those 3's rolling, like they can do, they are a tough team to beat. Meeks had a pretty good game and so did Bradely. Over all this UK team is really coming together and has really showed me something. Also, great coaching by Tubby. Good win CATS.
  19. Not a big suprise. Caracter has some attitude problems that he is going to have to figure out.
  20. My vote would go to either Mac Whitaker or Rodney Martin, both great coaches!!
  21. Yeah this team is tough to beat. Delph has had and is going to have a great year!!
  22. :thumb: Yeah that place will be FULL the first game!! Get your tickets soon.
