Louisville Trinity/Cincinnati Saint Xavier Predictions
St. Xavier Cincinnati's strengths are defence (the entire defence) and running back. Their weakness is Quarterback. Does not mean the Quarterback is weak just the weakest link in this log chain. Trinity's strength is offense (the entire offence) its weakness is youth but after 3 games into the season the youth as begun to mature and this weakness only strengthens into game tested experience. Both these teams are loaded with talent. This being the best Trinity team of all time only to be surpassed by next year's team, I see Trinity winning this game at home 21 - 14. Send any Ohio team down to Louisville you wish, this Trinity team sends them back accross the Ohio River with a Kentucky loss on their record.

If you are a Trinity or X fan how much do you read into...
Having seen the St. Xavier Louisville vs. St. Xavier Cincinnati game I do not know what you can read into common opponents. Different teams match up in different ways. Teams, alot of times, match up differently to common opponents. I think this is a case where Trinity has many advantages over the Bombers and will take advantages of those. Trinity's quick pass offense will give the Bombers a lot of difficulties and their defense has enough to hold the Bombers and alow the Trinity offense to prevail.

Trinity 22 Elder (OH) 20
No suprise here. I was a little shocked that the score was this close. It must have been the youth of the rocks that kept this one was so close but their superior talent pulls them through.

NKY.com: Can the Bluebirds go 27-0?
No thats funny. I do not see how the Birds could possibly lose a game this year. I do not see a real formidable challenge left on their 2010 schedule.

NKY.com: Can the Bluebirds go 27-0?
Only because they do not play Trinity in the regular season or playoffs.

JCPS High School Football-Equalizing?
Middle School football will go a long way in helping. What does Equalizing really mean anyway?

How Will We Know If The Switch To 6 Classes is a Success?
Coach, I did a quick unscientific pole and found that fans on high school message boards are coaches, players, cheerleaders, fans, booster clubs, and adminstrators from all the high schools in Kentucky. How do you define success? If you define success as more kids getting trophies at the end then yes it is a success. My measures of success, and I am not sure that these are the correct measures would be are more kids playing football, is competition better, and are we providing the best opportunities for the student athletes to compete and learn. I am not sure how to measure those successes in the expansion of classes. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the move to six classes was a reaction to quell the stirrings of splitting between privante and public. It has succeeded at that temporarily but the long-term verdict is still out.

Elder at Trinity Predictions
I do not see the Elder running back having much success against the speed and talent on the rock defence. Elder will face a ton of athleticism this Friday.

JCPS High School Football-Equalizing?
JCPS football is not equalizing. Until someone can beat the Rocks consistently from this season forward there will be no equalization. The best rock team to ever suit up is on the field this season, and it will only be surpassed by next season's rock squad.

Elder at Trinity Predictions
The only way this rock team will stall in the redzone against this Ohio Power Elder is if the rocks make a youthful mistake. I am sure the hearalded rock coching staff has tuned up the offence to prevent any stalling from the Manual game forward.

Elder at Trinity Predictions
PepRock: Inconsistent? You may have some inconsistent play in your overwhelming victories, but winning big seems to be a constant for this greatest to be of all Rock teams.

Elder at Trinity Predictions
To all Elder fans and all other Rock opponents this season, look at what this team has accomplished thus far. Beware if you are a football power house from Indiana, Ohio, or Northern Kentucky, despite playing average football programs from the Louisville area, this Rock team is a national power in the making. Beware of the rock fans in sheep's clothing, this team is a big bad wolf.

Elder at Trinity Predictions
- Desales / Louisville Holy Cross predictions .......
DeSales wins 21 - 14. They have too much for Holy Cross and will continue to dominate the series.- Elder at Trinity Predictions
Rocks roll 35 - 7. This Rock team is unbelievable. This team is what ledgends are made of.- Manual/Trinity predictions
I have to agree Jim that the pressure is more on M for the very reasons you stated. Expect a packed house at Manual and a real raucous atmosphere. I hope you and the Rocks do the Tigers a favor and take as much wind out of the sails of Mannual as possible. I do not wish for Manual to have all the momentum of a T defeat when they come to visit the Jungle later in the year.- Manual/Trinity predictions
If you think I am on the Rock bandwagon you are fooled.:jump: I may be hiding under the bandwagon but I am definitely not on it. I have stated what I think the outcome of this game will be and expect it to end in no more of a contest than the rock's last outing.:sssh:- Manual/Trinity predictions
Now Jim this thread is a Manual/Trinity predictions thread not a Trinity Sandbagging/St. Xavier Sandbagging predictions thread. I have predicted what I think will happen in this game. What say ye.- Manual/Trinity predictions
Agreed. Rocks continue the total domination over the opposition.- Lexington Catholic/St. Xavier predictions
This will be a battle at Brother Thomas More Page Stadium. This Lexington Catholic team reminds me alot of the team from St. Matthews in that they are young and full of talent. It will be interesting to see how the Tigers bounce back from near defeat at the hands of the Ballard Bruins. Lexington Catholic Knights will come in wanting the momentum a victory over the Tigers could provide them for the rest of the season.- Highlands/Beechwood Predictions
OK then. I pick Beechwood. (Isn't that what I did when I voted in the poll?) I would beg to differ, I believe that since the last time you "checked", there are many picks based on a "wish". I would never vote in a BGP poll against my team despite the odds.- Highlands/Beechwood Predictions
I pick Beechwood to win this game by one. No Way you say, crazy, nuts, you do not know anything about football! Maybe so. But as a fan of an annual underdog 6A program, I can only hope for the upset of the second best high school football team and program in the state each and every game they play. Go Tigers, dream the impossible and make it happen.- Trinity 56 Lawrence North, IN 23
Now Jim, there you go sandbagging. Highlands will be in your rear view mirror very soon. Enjoy the ride. There are very few speedbumps for the rocks along the way as proven by this road victory over a team that beat last years very good shamrock team.- BGP Class 2A Rankings for Aug. 30
Looks good. I see DeSales hanging in the top five all season. My dark horse to make a further move up the poll are the Scotties. This team appears to have some talent and a whole lot of heart. - Desales / Louisville Holy Cross predictions .......
