You shouldn't do it during season. You should do it preseason. You are concentraiting on your swing and you don't need to have mussles being soar or anything.

I think it the best thing to do is running, puch-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and etc. I also think you do not need to over-do this with players, or they will all be gone when season rolls around.

They did not do that in region last year. (one of the coaches from the teams were assigned a foursome.

Should there be someone go out with each group dearing matches. Especially Regional/State Tournaments. To make things more fair and to speed things up. To help keep more legitament scores, help people with finding balls, rulings, etc. I really think they should.

Why is there not alot of football teams in the Eastern Kentucky?

ALOT of teams paly dirty so that is why. I know a couple off the top of my head. They still get away with it alot.

I heard Center College was recruiting him.

They barely pulled out a lot of games this year. Lee should have won. I think Buckorn went down to the wire too. So I see that nearly every team in the region has a shot against PCC.
