That's what I was thinking. I've played sports all my life, and we never had a practice worth 30 points either way. Sometimes when a team is down it is good to lighten it up a bit and take some of the pressure off, especially when there is enough talent to win as in Ashland's case.

Here are a few stats to go along with this thread. Ohio has 58 schools ranked in the top 1000. KY has 17 That is by my counting and I could have missed a couple. I think Ashland has improved over the last two weeks and really put together a great 3rd quarter against Russell. I believe that they will build off of this and put together a good game. But we'll see.

The last drive Russell put together was a great one. Their backs were against the wall and they were about 83 yards away with 8:51 to go in the game. They chewed up the clock ( I believe they ate up almost 7 minutes) and scored. This game IMO will really build into this Russell team and will strengthen it come November. :thumb:

I think our best state team (IE= Trinity) would have a better chance than KY all star team. Due to continuity, chemistry, practicing together longer, etc.
