I was referring to the numerous posts by so called "Tubby supporters" that said they will be glad and laugh when things are worse after Tubby leaves. The ones who are saying the sky is falling without Tubby.
I was not lumping every one who likes Tubby as a coach together.
Unrealistic? Who said anything about going to the final four every year.
The probation years when we won nothing were more enjoyable for me to watch than the last two years.
Maybe because they had about 500 fans at the first two games of the NCAA's at the height of his career there.
Remember, hes been at UK before and knows the deal with support ,facilities , and tradition.
If Donovan comes UK doesnt miss a beat next year compared to what would have went down with Tubby at the helm.In fact it probably seals the deal with the recruits we're after.
Morris and Crawford's situations would have been the same no matter the coach.
IF THIS IS TRUE___
Let the celebration begin!!!!!!!:ylsuper:

Dont compare the first 5-6 years of Tubby and Donovan. They started out on two different pages.
Tubby was given a loaded cadillac with all the extras and the instructions to just keep driving down the highway and dont drive in the ditch.
Donovan was give a Budget rental car and told good luck
IF Crawford is academically ineligible its not because of anything that was said about Tubby -- good or bad, unless he is spending all of his time reading B.G.Preps and not studying.
Morris would have taken the cash from the Knicks and ran whether Tubby was gone or not. Remember both of these have already tried to leave before.
Setting us back 10 years sounds good. We were inthe Final Four.
No one is really commenting on the condition TUBBY is leaving the program in compared to what was given him to start with..
WHY?
I said nothing about improving.
I am talking about competiveness, running a clean show, talent level, recruiting, post season success, image, developing players.Has the coach maintained the level of those areas compared to when he came.
