Also , it seems in larger schools alot of students are cut starting in seventh grade that might be late bloomers. However they never get the chance , because "the die has been cast" on that child by a coach or group of coaches too early.
Great effort by both teams. The Royals will only get better from this game.:thumb:
Rose Hill keep your heads up , you are extremely young and no one expected you to be in Richmond, much less playing in the semi-finals.
I ,for one, cant wait until the districts and regions.:ylsuper:
The difference in the game was the pressing from the beginning of the game. It set a tempo that RH plays better at. Murray had great problems with the press especially at first and dug themselves too big of a hole to climb out of.
I must say , the Royals seem to look much smoother on offence when they are pressing and playing an uptempo game.
Good Luck Today:dancingpa
It seems to me Elliot county was a one dimensional team(shooting threes) sorta like many have acused R.H. of being{the big 2)
An impressive thing for R.H. , they have continued to play well and even increase leads in games lately when key starters have been in foul trouble.
I agree that the questions about R.H.s supportive staff should be put to an end now.
I think they have developed in to a true team. I give alot of credit for this to coach Fraley.
If R.H. continues to get point production from players(beside Euton and Jackson) it will be a great game. The last three games this has been the case and they look much better as a team since it opens the floor for everyone .The opposing team cant just concentrate on the two .
Hopefully Barbour will continue to shoot the 3-ball as well as he did in Lexington this weekend.
I thought Rose Hill had a great effort and a good chance to win. They led most of the game. Centennial was a talented and quick team.
Looking at the teams before the game, I wouldnt have believed it would be tied with 10 seconds left.
