Elliott has won two in a row! Bryan Station Saturday and East tonight. They are now 5-7 while playing a very tough schedule. If Coach Quantrill can get them consistently playing together like tonight they will be a very tough out for any body.......hold on.... anybody but Rowan. I don't know if they can close the 50pt gap between them and Rowan or not!!!!!!!!!!:lol:

I am on this site every day and read just about every post on it and I have never saw where anyone said they had 4 HIGH D1 players. They said 4 D1's and I would say that is very possible. There are several different grades of D1. WE are enjoying the ride and kinda to the extreme being it will probably be our last time and being that everyone claims to understand that we are small and it probably wont ever happen again to begrudge us going a little overboard would.....well IMO would be considered a little jealous. The KID'S love the unrealistic expectations and believe in them theirselves. If they didn't they wouldn't gut it out "all game, every game". You have to believe in something or you will fall for anything. I have watched these boy's play every game they have played for 7 years now. They are the reason us fans believe they could possibly conquer the world so to speak. I have saw them down by 20 to big athletic teams many times and just keep on and keep on digging and fighting next thing you know they have took the lead and won the game. THE KIDS are the reason the ELLIOTT CO fans have unrealistic expectations. Nothing wouldn't surprise me out of them. If they played MoreHead State tomorrow night I wouldn't count them out untill the buzzer went off. Do they believe that also.....Yes!!!!!!!!!! Unrealistic...Maybe! They may get beat in first round of District, who knows, but for now.....they believe they can make it to finals of the KHSAA State Tourney and so do I!!!!!!!!!! I BELIEVE. GO ELLIOTT Oh! I forgot to add I am having a total blast on "THE RIDE" as Coach Griffith has labeled it and am really going to miss it when its over regardless of when it ends, this will be my last go around am I going to go a litlle overboard and exploit it....You better believe it!!!!!!!!!! One can find a hundred different reasons if you wanted to list all the pro's and con's. Truth is .......Ac shot lights out with or without a hand in face in first half and Ec couldn't buy one with or without a hand in face. Both teams had plenty of Contested and uncontested shots. Second half Ec shots were falling a lot better and they are hard to keep up with when the shots are falling and Ac's were at more of a norm. In whatever case Ec out scored Ac 16 in second period, OT included. That was my first time to watch Ac this year. If they weren't playing a little over their head and they play like that every game, they are definately a top 15 team in the state IMO. I was told by a spectator at the game that he watched them 6 times already and that was the best and hardest effort by far that he had saw this year!!!!!!!!!!

They will be "THE UNFORGETTABLES" of Ky high school basketball in Elliott Co for sure, and just maybe in the whole state with a little blessing!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure Lion Mania is not knocking him, he is one of Elliotts biggest fans.

It don't matter how much experience you have or how many games you played you can still be beat by anyone! I am pretty sure that Morgan team had won a region title the year before and that would have made them back to back titles. NO ONE is above a loss, regardless of talent level, experience level and stuff. When "the boys" were in 8th grade Elliott beat Lewis by 30pt margins twice in reg. season. They drew them in first rnd of district and Lewis beat them by 20+. As someone said in another post on here........... Don't count em till they hatch:thumb:

I doesn't really matter how tall he is, but I just rememberd he was measured at U.K. elite camp bare footed at 6' 3/4". I have never saw a pair of basketball shoes that weren't at least 1 inch and most a little more. Do the math!!!!!!!!!!

We already know your info is not up to par from the statement you made about the other two, but he is 6' 1 3/4" with shoes on measured.

You should probably switch your information source, because if you are speaking of the twin's they signed in the early period in Nov. There is no doubt left as to their status....they are movin on baby!!!!!!!!!!:thumb:
