spindoc
1. Elliott- no brainer 2. West Carter- can't see anyone any else that can make a case for #2 3. Menifee- sleeper is now awake 4. Fairview- solid team, well coached 5. East Carter- disappointing to date, lot of work to do to climb back to #2 6. Rose Hill- can solidify themselves Tues. at Ashland 7. Ashland- can't be in top 5 after "biggest disappointment in history" 8. Greenup- potential has to come to fruition eventually 9. Bath- struggled with Raceland, All-A may help identify them better 10. Lewis- young players solid, will be a tough out in the district 11. Morgan- always competitive 12. Rowan- maybe a year or 2 away from the top 5. 13. Raceland- played Bath tough, awfully dependent on Boyles 14. Russell- biggest upset in the region so far gets them out of the cellar 15. Fleming- this week can move them up the ladder somewhat 16. Boyd- Dave has his hands full, not his cupboard Only in the eye of the King in America, baby.

spindoc
We'll find out tomorrow night if Duck is right when West comes into town. Not to mention West held Elliott to a 12pt margin. I don't think the Eagles can do that. First rd. of the All-A will determine that as well. Tough draw for the Eagles.
Big Slick
#6 seems appropriate for Menifee than #3, right now.

Matlock
I'm sorry, but after this weekend I just can't see Ashland rated ahead of Menifee County. I know it is difficult to swallow, but the mighty Tomcats lost to one of the bottom two teams in the region and do not deserve a high ranking until they beat somebody.
