  1. You can listen to the game at pcrosports.airtime.pro. About 2 minutes left in 3rd Camels lead 29-26.
  2. 1st game I have seen in 3 years. Game is tied at 54, St. Henry hits 1 of 2 free throws to go ahead by 1. With 10.1 seconds left, the Camels drive the length of the floor for the winning basket.
  3. Nolan Boone is a math teacher at Campbell Co. I believe he worked with the boys team previously.
  4. I was told by someone close to the coaching staff that Brent Sowder turned down the job. Can anyone confirm or deny?
  5. Should have Mt. Notre Dame (OH) called off the dogs earlier when they beat Campbell Co. by 51? The Lady Camels have a pretty good team. A coach I know has a rule that 3-4 passes have to be made before a shot is taken in a lopsided game. Its life, learn to deal with it.
  6. While in Reno last week the gas station down the road had gas for $3.09. Took a day trip to Sacramento, Ca. and in the mountains one station advertised gas for $4.09.
  7. There are games at 6 and 7:45. What time are the other 2 games?
  8. I wonder, maybe those teams do not have to work harder or whatever it is one has to do, in your estimation, to be a better team. They do not have to be better, because the field has not been leveled for them it has been lowered. The top teams they have to compete against are no longer there, therefore they may play at their old level, no improvement and win.
  9. So the teams left behind are not challenged and do not have to work harder, but they get to win a championship because the better teams were moved up a class.
  10. Wow. At least in my story the guy was able to redeem himself.
  11. 45 years ago in a softball game, bottom of the 7th, game tied, bases loaded, 2 outs, batter is walked. He joins in with teammates for a game winning celebration. Defensive team appeals that the batter-runner failed to touch 1st and the ump called him out, no winning run forced home. The game goes into extra innings. The batter who was walked and called out, 2 innings later gets a game winning hit. This time he runs to 1st.
  12. Do you expect everyone to just roll over? You want the subs to get in the game and strikeout? Yes, it is a lopsided score, but it is either an incentive to improve, quit or it is a tough lesson about life.
  13. This. Someone was not paying as close to detail as you.
  14. Before the tournament went to WKU, wasn't it at EKU for a few years? How was the attendance for the tournament at NKU, last year, compared to WKU?
  15. From PC. One of the best players in the region/country. In several HOFs and I believe he played for the old Cincinnati Suds.
  16. I believe the administrators are the ones that should be punished. If it can be proven that they knew there was something going on. Why punish the student-athletes?
  17. If they have the talent to play, but are walking the halls instead of running up and down the floor, they may have other talents that would cause more problems than what their athletic ability is worth.
  18. H Sad to think that this country, even those in Ky have a tough time living by standards. I used to have students say "Get with it it is the 70's", later, " Get with it it is the 80's", then the 90's and so on. Standards do not change, only the attitudes of the individuals who think they are so good they are above standards. If you cannot live by the standards set by the coach, leave the gym.
  19. I do not know about the 9th Region today, but back in the 1960's and 70's all region participates where allowed to practice once at the host's gym.
