  1. Good win. I heard the Engineers were playing wihout 2 starters as well
  2. This game was cancelled. Garrard wanted out of the game and basically said they were not playing.
  3. Did Hieghts use some former intrm. players on that team? I wonder in general if anyone has improved their program by adding Intr basketball?
  4. is this game wed night? If so, what time?
  5. I know there is no one "down the road" who knows anything about Estill Co. but Cody Berryman can play at Estill Co.
  6. Does anyone have an Intermural program that has been valuable to their High School Basketball program?
  7. coach wood stilll does radion on 1550. 100.7 has chosen to caryy Madison schools games
  8. I guess it's a mystery to me how Montgomery has enough firepower to create foul problems
  9. Having been around while estill was in the 40th, I am very glad they chose to move to the 56th. Evry year there is at least a chance even i the down years. Estill has had some decnet talent in recent years but ran into the Montgomery Clark roadblock. This is a great district to compete in. Very balanced
  10. What do you mean? Did Montgomery have an effective press?
  11. how does montgomery even stay close?
  12. I can't even pick it up dowtown Irvine
  13. Powell did play very well. They are well coached and so is Estill. Coach Tiller did a great job tonight . Great atmosphere between 2 couties who would now claim each as their biggest rival. I believe this puts the Estill in a showdown in Beatyville for the district #1 seed. Does anyone up the road have any idea how solid the 56th district is?

  15. Though I personnelly love seeding in he 56th, I do not agree with mandated seeding. The primary reason being that in districts that are not well balanced with resorces and enrollment the "little guy" essentially has NO chance at tourney time. Ky remains the ONLY stae in the nation other than Hawaii to play a single class system. Assuming that will reamin the same, I only hope for the sake of the small school in a big school district, seeding remains optional.
  16. I would agree Lee co had a run of talent in the late 60's, 70's and early 80's. For the size school and its location, it would have to be one of the best stretches of talent I have seen. Every year, they basically could compete with anyone. It seemed that the bottom dropped out in about 86 until recently.
  17. did all of Pineville's players grow up in the Pineville district?

  19. anyone know he district record in the 40th? They are seeding, correct?
  20. I going to take Powell in the upset. They play very good defense and always play very very physical
  21. by the way, southern hit 16 threes in this game. That usually helps
