Estill Co games on radio

Featured Replies

anyone know if estills games are played on radio? Id like to listen.

Irvine has one radio station, 1550 AM. I can't pick it up in Booneville, but you may be able to in Beattyville. When we played them in Irvine in December that station broadcast the game because I saw them at a table.

I can't even pick it up dowtown Irvine

 Me either. I think that is the weakest frequency radio station in the world.

At one time an FM station broadcast most of Estill games. I think their baseball coach used to do the color commentary. What happened to it? Also, does anyone know why Lee Co. games are not on the radio this year. They have the best team in ages and no radio. Why?

I've wondered about that myself.

Some of Lee's games were on the radio last year with Darell Hogan and Tom Hollon on the mike. But this year they are a major region player and no radio whatsoever. I don't understand.
