  1. He's probably giving them a rest to get ready for the playoffs. You can't really learn any more fundamentals this far in to the season. Colleges hardly ever go in full pads when the season starts.
  2. I don't think Danville really cares about this game. Frankfort hangs their hat on this game every year to determine if they are good or not. There are two things Danville cares about and that's beating Boyle and winning another title.
  3. Not saying anything because it's said every year. But really whats wrong with Danville they had a poor showing against Boyle County. Which they could of easily still been in the game if they don't quit. They get beat by a good GRC team but should had won after having the lead late. Then they only beat Fort Knox by 40 some I believe. Then you bring in C-Ville a team who isn't up to Danville standards and nearly come out with a loss there. Do you all believe they get their act together and make a run in the playoffs or are they ousted early this year?
  4. Boyle rolls this is the worst team in the district. West can't play with Boyle or Lexington Catholic even if both teams put their jv in the game during the 1st quarter. Boyle rolls 70-0. West has only scored 55 pts all year don't look for them to get their offense on track now.
  5. I think Casey County as three and they start 9 freshman or sophomore on offense.
  6. There is one team who could beat Louisville Central and beat them soundly in 3A. Well that team is Louisville Central they are loaded and if they keep progressing like championship teams do come Decmeber it will be a long ride home for whoever they play.
  7. I hate to say it but the Rebels are the real deal. I gotta take Boyle by 3 touchdown maybe 4.
  8. Danville always comes out ready to fight after a lost to Boyle. Grc better watch out it's going to be war.
  9. Hope he gets better hate to hear that.
  10. Rockcastle by as much as they want to win by.
  11. Don't know much about Jackson and well Garrad County is usually a 500 team. I looked on Khsaa and Jackson had a bad loss and a win over Betsy Layne team that I never Knew existed in Kentucky. Garrad could drop a 100 in this game if they want to I say they win by 60 or more and shut out Jackson County.
  12. Henry Clay is over rated this year they haven't scored more then seven points in both games they have played this year. Then Warren Central has been going down since Whitaker left. Danville has just beat Pulaski Southwestern which is suppose to be the best Southwestern team in the last ten years. Not taking anything away from Boyle but Warren Central is about the caliber of a Russell County and Henry Clay would get beat by Southwestern. You have to remeber Henry Clay gradurated all of their playmakers from last year including a wide reciever who is at the University of Kentucky right now.
  13. Boyle County Lexington Catholic Mercer County Covington Catholic Prestonsburg
  14. Hazard Ft. Campbell . Bishop Chatard, IN .Lou. Central Breathitt County
  15. 1a Trimble County 2a. Prestonsburg 3a. Powell County 4a.Bell County 5a. Lincoln County 6a. Madison Central
  16. Paducah Tilghman 63 Johnson Central Pulaski County Tates Creek Central Raceland Henry Clay Fort Campbell Hazard Boyle County
  17. Bell runs away with it you have a state powerhouse in Bell and you have a team who is trying to establish something who hasn't really been that good since Perry left from over there. Bell's jv in by the middle of the 3rd quater.
  18. Danville wins this one going away last year was the first time they had lost in the Bob Allen Pigskin Classic ever and the first time they had lost in their own bowl game I believe since 99. Danville win 60-0 and gets ready for next week.
  19. Not taking anything away from Wayne or Corbin but Danville is always horrible in scrimmages. It looks like they are just out there going through the motions for 2 weeks until there real season starts. Then once again after they get past the Boyle County game it looks like they are going through the motions again until it's time for the playoffs.
  20. Jackson County is a new program and the team has the desire to win. The coaches have the desire to win. The team also has the support of the fans and have a good fan base. But like said in an earlier post some of the coaches are driving from another county and some of the coaches try but may have not played the game or have played the game but are a little rusty on the basics. The team will continue to improve as time goes on, but remember that it takes time and the team has the desire to win. With the desire will come the wins.
  21. I know that you are a little closer to the program than you are letting on. But, there are no coaching changes that are going to happen in the foreseeable future.
  22. In regards to my sources the reasons for assistant coaches leaving was attributed to the turmoil amongst the coaching staff and coaches not open to new ideas or opened minded to changes. Also the coaches not teaching the players to believe in theirself and setting goals to help the kids reach this level.
