I'm not familiar with Garrard Co., any thoughts and predictions on this one? Good luck to both teams Friday night :thumb:

Garrard should have a pretty good team this year, but this opener might be more than they can handle. It will take a really strong effort from a defense that hasn't always been strong and a controlled offensive game plan. Offensively for Garrard quarterback is a toss-up position. There just isn't any experience at the position so no one is completely sure what to expect. They do have good running backs and receivers.

Basically, I think they have to hold Bell and then hold the ball. If they can do that, it could be a respectable game. If they can't somewhat control the line of scrimmage or keep Bell County from executing their game plan, then it will be a long night.

Bell co. moves to 1-0 on the season. Lots of experience on this year Bell team.

Well it might be a close game to start off but I suspect Bell Co. will beat the Lions down...42-7.:flame:

Going off the Bell County/Johnson central scrimmage thread:

If you listen to a Bell County fan, expect Bell to be in top physical shape and completely rested as they didn't assert one bit of energy last week in their scrimmage.

If you listen to a Johnson Central fan, expect Bell to be beat up and playing as if they just went through a physical war in a playoff environment.

I'll say that even if Bell was physically exhausted I still like them going away in this one:

I'm gonna take Bell. Going from other predictions, I'll take the score to be in the neighborhood of 28 or 21-7. I'm not completely sold on this Bell Co. offense or Zachery's decision making at QB yet, I hope I can be proven wrong, but until then, I'll take this to be the score.

Bell Co. 28-0.

Looks about right.;)

Although I have not seen Bell this year Zachery's decision making will be fine. He will go down as 1 of the better QB's ever at Bell, possibly the best. :thumb:

This game will get out of hand, Bell County will win by 50 plus.

I'll take Bell in this one, but I can't see Coach Hilton beating anyone by more than 35. That just not his style to beat teams by 50+ and discourage their Kids.

The problem with some teams though is you can't really lay over and play dead so even after subs go in the score can get worse because those guys need work and reps too. So sometimes scores do get really ugly.

Lining up the excuses just in case, LMB? :D

Corbin dominated this district for years, I don't see Bell having any problem.

Now I am just going on what I seen last Friday at the scrimmage and as a fan. I dont see this Bell County team beating anyone early by 50.
