  1. Liverpool rolled to an easy derby win today. Huge injury for Origi though. I think that means a lot of rest for Sturridge, as he may be their money ticket for Europa. Play the kids this weekend Mr. Klopp, get ready for next week.
  2. Liverpool's comeback yesterday in Europa was a thing of beauty!:dancingpa
  3. I could puke after that Liverpool choke job today. They could have climbed back into the top 4 race.
  4. Liverpool is so different with Sturridge on the field.......shame he can't stay healthy. I'm betting if he does, they'll sell him in the upcoming offseason.
  5. As soon as he fouled, I knew what was coming..........you could just feel it.
  6. They are REALLY hurting with Skrtel and Lovren out. Klopp has done wonders turning the attackers loose (when they can get on the field). Love the Reds, I was fortunate enough to see them in Charlotte a few years ago, fell in love with them. There is a Liverpool FC Kentucky, I bought a customized scarf from them last year, great stuff.
  7. Include NKY if you have time, and a timeframe. I may have to make some serious adjustments. And thank you!
  8. Well, if that starts Thursday night................might end up with another snow day on Friday! But no watch for us yet.
  9. Looks like a more southerly route to miss us NKY folks.
  10. Common sense should rule the day here. I know I'd let it. No question.
  11. Glad to see the two playing with playoff implications on the line. I'm sure it was fun for players, coaches, and fans. No matter the outcome of this game, I think the winner of the Conner/Cooper game next week would probably be the #1 seed.
  12. Cardboard Gods | Voice of the Mathematically Eliminated Love this site for this kind of stuff.
  13. Is their a varsity coach's handbook? Or a player's handbook? Does it address hazing?
  14. Lloyd is coming to Conner tonight at 6.
  15. They're very good with advanced metrics.......wouldn't surprise me if BP tapped them for help with measuring. :sssh:
  16. Just wanted to mention, I was reading an article on Baseball Prospectus this morning. They have a few new ways they are attempting to measure a catcher's "framing ability" with regards to getting strikes called at a higher rate than average. Maile graded out as a top 3 catcher in AA, only one behind the second place finisher. There was one guy that graded waaaaay above 2nd and 3rd. So not only is he hitting well, he's grading out very well in at least one defensive aspect of catching.
  17. It took Manning a while, he went 3-13 his first year. Manziel kept reminding me of the Akili Smith debut. I think it was against Tampa? No it wasn't Tampa.....I can't remember who was that bad against Tampa, was it Gus Ferrote maybe?
  18. For this list, it would be state testing. Which includes the ACT in March that is given at schools.
  19. Something as simple as passing tests out in the wrong order to...incorrectly reporting a seating chart.
  20. That's because you don't understand what is important to college bound students. It's how many hours you can get on the cheap in your HS before you have to pay premium $$ for it, and what's offered. Student's can get quality education at almost any of the NKY schools. I don't go by what some magazine says is so. I actually do the looking up, and what's offered for potential students. Put a motivated student at Conner or Beechwood, and they'd be fine at either institution. But to say that Conner doesn't offer the same level of education is wrong.
  21. That depends on the school system. Typically, if you work for a school system (job capacity varies on the system's policy), and the school isn't over enrollment cap, you can send your son/daughter to the school of choice.
