Good, thank you. Got in on a couple of kickoffs and played Defensive end in the 4th quarter. :thumb:

37 yds average per carry. not too shabby.

Boyle was firing on all cylinders tonight. Due to the size of the crowd, I stood on the track by the field watching the game. You really get a sense of just how fast McShara is when you are so close. Wow.

Mercer County/Anderson County Updates
Sounds like Anderson Co. is back this year perhaps.

Danville/Somerset Updates
This season may turn out to be the worst for the Ads since I moved here in 92.

Danville/Somerset Updates
Probably would be a good time to start a thread about how they should be favored to win the AA title.

Looks like Danville is having another tough night.

Corbin 31 Danville 14
We only stayed for the first half of this game before heading back to Danville but I must say Corbin looked impressive. A very solid, stingy defense and on the other side of the ball, a good O line with talented backs.

Corbin/Danville Predictions
Danville's teams the past few years just don't have that "it" factor. It's like watching Elvis from 1975-1977, and wishing for 1968. I'll take Corbin by 7.

I was no match for his advanced skills.

I pretty much echo Wireman's observations. #16 (Brand) definitely looks to have a great future with the Ads. Hard to believe he's just a sophomore. Also, I had a great time playing dinosaurs with Wireman's son. Mini Wireman is quite skilled in the way of the dinosaur.

Likewise.:thumb: Boyle seemed a bit out of sorts to begin the game, but once they caught fire, everything was fine. They definitely have a lot of athletes this year. It didn't seem to matter where the Dawson kid lined up on D because he seemed to be in on nearly every defensive play no matter where the play was made. I also thought Rockcastle looked solid and should also have a good year.

:thumb: I'm in Louisville for the weekend and missed the game. I must say Boyle looks to be the real deal this year. Definitely looking forward to the rest of the games this year.

Boyle County/Johnson Central Predictions
:ylsuper: We're actually spending the entire weekend in the Ville. Saturday we see Keith Urban (her idea, not mine (although I must admit he is an incredible guitarist)).

Boyle County/Johnson Central Predictions
Due to one of the biggest scheduling errors of my life, I will miss this game because I'll be in Louisville at the Heart/Journey concert. However, I'll take Boyle in one of my typical homer picks 21-14.

Mercer County/Danville Scrimmage
Some nice looking and effective option offense/misdirection plays. I expect good things from the Ads this year.

2009 Boyle County
Had a good time at the Meet the Rebels event last week. I must say they are not very big this year BUT they are definitely athletic looking and appear to be in good shape. I know my son comes home exhausted every night which is a good sign.
