Danville gets two late TD's to make the score closer.

Way to go Royals,This was an awesome win.Mason lead 41-7 at half and subbed out early in the 2nd half which lead to a couple 4th quarter TDS for Danville.Great way to start the season Royals!

Coach Buchanan is not only one of the premier coaches in the state,but a class act. This game could have had a running clock in the second half. Danville looked like they hadn't had a practice this season, they need to go to three a days after tonight. This is the first time ever seeing a Danville team, but they looked extremely small and outmanned at every position. Was expecting to see some big boys across both lines, but wasn't there. Hats off to a good turnout in their cheering section after making that drive

Radio show said most of Danville's total yards came against those MC freshman in the 4th quarter. It seemed like they fumbled or at least muffed the ball at least 10 times, 7 officially is what was said. They just didn't look like a team ready to play in the pre game warmups, on the sidelines,etc. Their fans should have dressed, they were more fired up and passionate than the coaching staff,etc.

Wow,Mason Co. really did a job on Danville.

I didn't pick Danville to win, but I didn't expect them to get routed. Mason County might be the team to beat in the eastern part of 3A this year.

Not sure if Danville is that bad. They couldnt have played any worse than they did tonight. Mason Co did look really good. Their offense is going to be hard to stop, their defense was equally impressive. Danville just couldnt hold on to the ball. Great way to start the season for Mason Co. Go Royals!
