Congrats Rebels,Boyle is either really good or JC has lost a lot from last year.

Go Rebels!!!!!

Good Lord! Boyle County definitely got the right man for head coach (Guy Morriss who???).

Maybe Boyle County is the best team in KY right now.

I checked out the Rebs since LC was off this week. Very impressive, especially on defense. Lamar Dawson is the real deal. One of the better players I've seen around here in a while.

Don't let the score fool you, it was a sloppy game by both teams, both teams need to work on their game.

There were no fireworks tonight, because the guy that does them was on vacation.

He IS the real deal, looks like a college player, I hope he can stay healthy.

And just a junior.

WOW! I’m not surprised Boyle won this game, but I sure wasn’t expecting such a lopsided score. Was most of the scoring done early on or was it spread throughout the 4 quarters? I’m anxious to see the stats from this game.

Good luck to the Rebels (although luck may not be needed much).

The offensive line didn't play you tonight. I thought both lines looked pretty good.

It was 28-0 at halftime.

We came out a little complacent to start the 2nd half. We also didn't wrap up that well on defense, but I am sure that will get fixed during film session next week.

Great way to start the season. I think our receivers did a fine job, and I thought that Boone, Rees, and Lamar did what the leaders of a team are supposed to do.

Our run defense really was up to the task tonight. I'll be surprised if JC gained over 100 yards on the ground. Their only points came off of a kickoff return in which we didn't wrap up the ball carrier.

I am pleasantly surprised by the core tonight and I look forward to next week's game against Rockcastle County

Great job, Rebels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FINISH THE FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have let them off, me and a buddy of mine let them off in our neighborhood at the 4th of July. I wish I'd have known.

And just a junior.

And I think he should be a sophomore. I think he doesn't turn 16 until November.

Johnson Central needs to work on their punt game. That hurt them alot!

Congrats to my Rebels!!! :dancingpa

Sounds like they should compete well this year and with some hard work could be very, very special. :thumb:

I too would like to see the stats. A good BGP member told me he thought it would be 35 points and it looks like he was in the right area on that one.
