I agree. This done NOTHING for the 25 or so current 4-A teams that will move to 6-A. They still gotta go thru the ville big 3 of Trinity, St.X, & Male.

Its what keeps Henderson Co from competing(sp) with the Trinitys, X;s * Males. But they work just as hard.

Lightfoot did not play. Hendo was on the verge of blowing a good Memorial team out, leading 30-8 near the half. Foul trouble & better care of the ball in the 2nd half allowed Memorial to close to within 3.

Yea, & they got the Steelers @ home this week. Steelers R hurting on defense, so another Browns win is entirely possible:cry:

Staley has been the biggest waste of money the Steelers ever parted with, and they gave that guy a ring! 2.Steelers always develope great players only to offer underpayment,thus stocking other NFL teams. 3. Everybodys expendable with the Steelers, with the exception of big Ben. 4. He's been standing on the sidelines for 3 years now, how many carries he got in all that time? 5.Steelers believe in the draft, players like Staley only reinforce that notion!

If you can put aside your personal feelings regarding the Duffy's( Duffer should b COY), give a big hand for the feel good story of the year. These kids(young men) have been thru more adversity than any team should ever go thru to b sittin there in the final 8. In a season where little was expected from a depleted group via heavy graduation loss, thru the death of a teamate b4 thier eyes, the ensuing media frenzy, fueled by gossip & rumors, & twice without thier coach, bonded together to fashion a 9-2 record. Now they have a daunting task of going on the road to play a tuff Warren Central team. They deserve a big hand:ylsuper:

One thing people need to realise about the Cards is that thru an entire season full of injuries, they finally had the team they expected to have on the field when the playoffs started. Had they experienced better luck thru-out the season regarding injuries, they would most certainly won more than 83 games. As for the Steelers, they r still a dangerious team. They move the ball well between the 20's, but big Ben, minus a great fullback, is forced to throw to much & he's makin mistakes in the face of a bring the house rush in the red zone.

Henderson Co played to a half empty stadium & the first round opponent was Apollo, who we played 3 weeks ago. This week were at Owensboro to play Senior, who we played 2 weeks ago. Im sure the cold didn't help either, but i agree with you!

Henderson Co was tryin to help the kid out. He was not going 2b an impact player on the 05 team had he got to play. The kid was havin a tuff time that i will not go into here, but 2 hrs practicing was 2 hrs that he wasn't worrying about issues in his life. No devious plot by the coachin staff here. It appears the axe's are still out.

Can't take anything away from Oboro. But hey, were circled on everyones program. Poor special teams play has horible at times this season for Hendo. Poor snaps, like the one resulting in Oboro's go ahead TD is a case in point. The punter was only 10yds behind center due to erractice snapping. This aided in the punt being blocked. Both teams are close to equal & the difference in this game was poor special team play & penalties by Hendo. Several nice gains called back. Hendo quite capable of beating Oboro but cannot make the mistakes they did.

Big win on the road. Hendo got lax with big lead & lost focus.
