Thats a lot of yards, but all unnecessary. Last year Beechwood tailback, Eric Sawyer, played against Bracken Co. and had 3 carries, 97 yards and 3 TD's.....He didn't even finish the 1st quarter. That coach needs to think about getting some subs in and not let a kid carry the ball 27 times when you know he is not going to get stopped.

The team Matewan beat last night was and Burch and Burch was 0-5 on the season they only scored 30 points all season (6 ppg) they also have allowed 190pts (38 ppg).

WSAZ said that he was ruled Eligible. I believe that Matewan will get its 3 wins back that was taken away.

The biggest surprise to me is that the RB mentioned didn't make the decision he needed a "better education" and come across the river and play you know where...

The WVSSAC ruled the Matewan forfeits for their first two games would stand. One was against Shelby Valley.

They get to keep the Williamson win.

To be honest with you he wouldnt start in Belfrys backfield. Burch has 12 players on their team and I heard they have one hurt so that would be 11. They are fotunate to have a team this is a typical Kinder game. He is a joke as a coach plain and simple. The kid is a decent back but I can think of several backs in EKY that I have seen personaly that is alot better. He honestly couldnt start in Belfry or Pikevilles backfield. Man who is an average team this year held them under 100 yards.

Amazing numbers and stats to say the least, a 64-0 win so what was he doing in the game when it got out of hand? I bet the coach would have felt real good if he had been injured and out for the year when there was no need for him to be in.
