Every program in the state gets the "strongly worded email" at some point and usually it is anonymous (amazing how opinionated people are when their signature isn't included). If you have 15 players and only 5 can be on the floor, then 10 are unhappy. The fact that this is a topic right before districts is clearly not in the best interest of the team at all.

He has shouldered the load for Southern this year. I think he will be a nice pick up for someone. His ability to get the basket is underrated, and his 3 ball is as good as advertised. I agree with Panther his drawback will be finding him a matchup defensively at the next level but if he finds a team that runs some zone he could really be an offensive spark.

Cinammon missed a left handed layup with a second to go that would have won it. Good win for Woodford.

Before Xmas- Western Hills had the capital city invitational (8 teams), Mercer Co. had the Ft Harrod Classic (16 teams), Adair co. has a tourney, Fayette Co. Invitational, Hazard had a tourney, as did Raceland, Graves Co., North/South Laurel and more. This is just before Xmas. There are a lot of tourneys in our state.

Agreed and I think you would see a lot of 60 point blowouts in the first round of these "regionals' because the teams that aren't very good are suddenly thrown out there against really good teams. This format would send us spiraling into class basketball.

I have seen a few double wing teams out there but not much wishbone outside of short yardage situations. 20 years ago it was prevalent everywhere you looked.

IMO Frankfort's speed will prove too much for the Cardinals.
