Heppler started along with Mayer and played quite a bit. Ziegelmeyer played a lot also. Ruthsatz played a nice game at the point. Hit his open shots and controlled his team. Couple nice players will be coming up in the JV ranks. Freshman Davin and Thelen will be players. Soph #13 was knocking down shots.

I've never seen it spelled this way. I hope they get the spelling corrected in the KHSAA listing that the coach submitted so he gets the correct attention from scouts. Very good player.

I was surprised that McClendon had that many. He is very quick. Green had the block on Goetz down the lane that led to a layup at the other end. Well, since no one has jumped in, I'll throw this out there. The Crusaders are playing an ambitious and challenging schedule. They will be vertically challenged and will need to team rebound. Goetz (sr.) is a top 5 player in the region and St.Henry will need strong leadership from him. Wallenhorst (sr.) will surprise some people this year and needs to rise to the challenges. Williams is the other returning senior (not sure if Hannon is playing this year as he is still in cross country). I expect them to be competitive, win some they probably will be the underdog in and lose some they would be favored in. How did the Cooper and Conner games go?

Had to leave with about 4 min left in the St.Henry/Western Hills game. St.Henry was up 13ish. Goetz and Wallenhorst both looked good for the Crusaders.

Scott H.S. will scrimmage at St.Henry the day after Thanksgiving (Nov.27th). Think it starts at 10am.

Excellent review. I'd throw the Camp.Co. vs Brossart game into the watch list. Jan 8th.
