made this last week and it was simple and really good. Asian Jalapeno Chicken - Damn Delicious Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves For the sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 cup honey 2 cloves garlic, minced Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon Sriracha 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced Directions: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes; set aside. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water; set aside. In a small saucepan over medium high heat, combine honey, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, Sriracha and jalapeno. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and stir in cornstarch mixture until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in chicken. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro, if desired.

Our direct tv dish went out. Hooked up an (powered) antenna to the tv. I get 41 different over the air channels. Already have Amazon Prime and a fire stick. Going to say good bye to direct tv and $109 a month. Will miss HGTV, History and ESPN, but thats about it.

Watched from 10 til midnight and saw quite a few but not as much as years past. The half moon was very bright and may have made unfavorable viewing. Went out around 1:30 for a half hourish and saw nothing. Overall pretty underwhelmed about this years show. Hopefully tonight will be better and clear skies again.

We are lucky that we are in a dark area. The kids love it and look forward to it every year. They said they saw a lot last night.

So who are you replacing on the list? Nestheide was good (went to Thomas More) and so was Eisenminger (killer baseline jumper). I would probably put Adam Goetz into the mix.

Weird. Friday morning you would of thought they were looking for the President out in the woods. Hundreds of police, SWAT, EMS, Fire Trucks, hellicopters. Friday late afternoon, stop the search. Over the weekend it looked like normal at the park. Today they are searching by horseback. Something odd going on.

Called off the search at 5 today. Did not find him yet.

I got the call from the Sheriff's dept at 1:30 this morning saying they were searching for an armed man and to be careful. I do not think they have found him yet. Couldn't believe the number of police/swat at the entrance to the park this morning.

National Guard, local police scour Big Bone Lick State Park for armed man - Story I'm sure this will head to the gutter in no time.
