Covington Catholic 76 Campbell County 46

Blowout !!! Holy Cow... Campbell County will have a hard time winning the Region for the 3rd year in a row.

Big game Friday at Montgomery. Potentially circling the drain? Should have easy win against Dixie then road trip to Mt. Sterling to reveal if the Camels are just in the pack of 8-10, rather then the leaders of the 10th we all thought before the season.

CVH with 24; Ruthsatz with 20.

I believe I heard they were 17/22 combined.

CVH really turning it on. I believe this is his third or fourth straight 20 point game.

I guess the Colonels used my rankings as motivation tonight :lol2:

In all seriousness, this is the Covcath team everyone was expecting to see this year. Growing pains early but man they have been really good lately.

I saw CC several times over the summer and never understood the hype. They have talent but aren't playing very well as a team.

Caught the 2nd half thinking I would see a good one. Couldn't believe the score when I walked in!

CVH is on a mission....that loss to Cooper left a mark.

Hegy and Wilson have no help, the bench is short, and they don't get Matt enough post-touches.

This margin of victory says more about Campbell Co than CovCath.

The Camels have to figure out a way to cut down on turnovers, they took themselves out of the game with, I believe, 9 of them in the 1st quarter.

The 3 - 2 zone they started the game with was an interesting twist, unfortunately for them CovCath took advantage of the open corners, plus got so many fast break points because of turnovers, it just got out of hand quickly.

There will be a new sherriff in town in the 10th this year.

Not if you're wearing purple.
