  1. Went to the "Bridge Shootout" last night. Thomas More was in control for the entire game. They played an exciting brand of basketball last night. It was my first time seeing them in a long time. Had a lot of local and ky kids. Stockwell from Boone Co was too much on the block for Mt. He has that little lefty shot from the block down and a nice up and under. Truthfully going in, I thought Mount would win but not the case. Nice job Saints.
  2. We cut ties with satellite/cable over the summer. Just run an antennae and firestick. A friend put Kodi (free) on firestick and can pretty much watch any movie or live sporting event from anywhere.
  3. Congratulations to Highlands on the win. The Bluebirds came out on fire in the first quarter and put the Crusaders in a big hole 23-6. St Henry competed better in the second and trailed 34-22 at half. Crusaders played a really good third quarter and closed the gap to 41-40. All Bluebirds in the 4th to make the final 65-49. Good luck the rest of the year.
  4. I would still think you measure the pressure and put in what it says. If it is 44psi max, then you put that in, whether a hot or a cold day. Now you have to check it as the temps outside change as the psi will increase by about 1psi per 10 degree temp increase or vice versa go down 1 psi per 10 degree drop. Also, tires typically lose 1 psi per month.
  5. A quick google search says this is often a problem. A door latch senor(s) is out. Either replace the sensor(s) or cut the wire going to them to make the car think the door is closed. Don't know if this helps but good luck.

  7. Pretty sure he missed this one, but really attacked the rim from the wing.
  8. Congrats to CCH on the win. As the score shows, they did pretty much whatever they wanted. I enjoyed watching them play. Not many empty possessions. Hit the open man and then hit the open shot. And they play hard. It will take a great effort or a very off night from them to knock them off. Both student sections brought it tonight. I'm sure that many of them know each other. And they stayed til the end. Cov. Catholic 91 St. Henry 33 Cov. Catholic 28 25 21 17 91 St. Henry 6 11 11 5 33 Cov. 9. Thanks for the review. 33rd district with 4 teams in the top 10. That has probably been a while. I'm interested in the NCC/Lloyd game this week.
  10. Conner had their way with things in this one. I'd imagine the Crusaders had more turnovers than field goals. Way to much trying to dribble thru traps and bad passing. Hemmerich did what ever he wanted for Conner. Nice player and didn't force anything. Good luck to the Cougars the rest of the way. 11. Didn't even notice the boxscore spellings. It was just a copy and paste from the Herald-Leader site. Some of the name spellings can get quite comical.
  12. Some pics from the game. I'm sure @StXBomber88 will have some nice pictures up soon. A couple other things from the game. First time St.Henry has swept Brossart since 07-08 season in frosh/jv/varsity. St.Henry had 3 varsity players out due to various reasons and 6? jv players out also. Quite a few freshman stepped up and played very well in the jv game.
  13. Couple pretty even teams. St Henry made plays down the stretch and pulled this one out. Not many times lately has the Crusaders got the best of the Mustangs. I'm glad we played Brossart early as I'm sure they will tighten up a lot of things and as always be a tough out. Shoemacher shot the ball nice from the outside for Brossart along with Kremer. Had to be a career high for Maley with 28 for St.Henry. As always, it was nice seeing Mustang but missed TAC. Good luck to Brossart the rest of the year. 16. Went to Mother of God in Covington for 10am mass with my oldest daughter. Been back at the house for a bit and not long before the turkey is out and the oyster casserole goes in and people arrive.
  17. I've been to one in Richmond Indiana before and it was pretty much like a Dunkin Donuts but slightly more expensive.
  18. Watched Scott play in a scrimmage. Jake Ohmer is tough. Looks to be slimmed down a bit or maybe just matured/more athletic. Money from the field and line. Younger brother isn't far off from him. Not a lot of size for Scott, but they get after it.
  19. Excellent job as always @Walter. Appreciate the review and hard work it takes putting it together. I like that you have Lloyd in at 7. They should have a nice team with what they have returning and if Townsend plays after taking last year off. Look for them to put a scare in a few of the higher rated teams. I thought Hamilton was a senior.
  20. Have an apple cake in the oven right now. Will pour the hot icing over it when it comes out. Apple cake always taste better if they sit a few days before eating. Thinking about making a mince meat pie also to go along with pumpkin and apple pies.
  21. I would say that @StXBomber88 has some great pictures of this game (St.Henry/Beechwood 7th). PM him or perhaps he will post a link to the photos. They are always excellent.

  23. My wife voted earlier in the morning. I took her "I voted" sticker and put it on my shirt when I went in to vote. It is a small precinct. The ladies working the sign in desk were quite upset about how I had a sticker already. Told them I try to vote as often as I can.
